The Residenza Napoleone III is one of the most luxurious and unique places to stay in Rome. Open to the public since 2002, it's located within the XVI century Palazzo Ruspoli, on Rome’s legendary Via Condotti.

Named after Emperor Napoleon III, who lived here in 1830, the Residenza Napoleone III consists of two apartments: the Napoleone Suite (which has an optional extra bedroom called the Blue Room) and the Roof Garden Suite.

Guests enter the Palazzo through massive wooden doors and pass along an elegant arcade of Doric columns. A grand marble staircase, lined with antique marble busts of Roman Emperors, leads up to the entrance of the apartments.

Staying at The Residenza Napoleone III is like being an exclusive guest in the home of an aristocratic noble roman family.

After extensive renovations, the property was restored to its original splendour and offers the business and leisure traveller all the grandeur of a classic roman Palazzo with all the modern conveniences to which one is entitled.
